Today, Jan & I visited Clitheroe in search of a embroidery shop.
Nup.
There was a wool shop though.
We had lunch at Calooh! Callay!, an Alice in Wonderland themed cafe.

Above is Clitheroe Castle. It has a spiral pathway to the castle, which Jan tells me makes it extremely defendable.
Then we were off home.
It has been raining ever since.
